I provide a broad range of outside/fractional general counsel, commercial, employment, and entertainment legal services to a variety of business types and individuals including to service providers (including software services) and vendors, product manufacturers and suppliers (including CMO, production/manufacturing, supply chain), creative content producers, marketing agencies, composers, filmmakers, artists, and non-profit organizations. Typical work includes advising on, and negotiating agreements (MSA/SOW, CMO, logistics, software development, SaaS, employment/contractor agreements, executive compensation, separation, production/co-production, distribution, publishing, licensing, director services, commission, licensing, NDAs, employment, independent contractor, commercial leases), and business issues in the life of a company (including formation, operating agreements, restricted stock/unit agreements, shareholder agreements).
