I run Termstack, an AI-enabled corporate legal practice focused on early-stage startups. We support founders from formation through fundraising and early scale. Our work centers on incorporations, SAFEs and seed rounds, cap table strategy, investor readiness, and ongoing corporate governance. After a raise, we provide subscription-based legal support that functions like an always-on outside general counsel.
