I advise founders in their early days, including financing rounds pre-seed to series A. Often this involves setting up a Delaware c-corp and issuance of SAFEs. My role is a mix of a fractional CLO and traditional corporate lawyer. My practice also includes a few family offices that do small-cap M&A and other types of investments. I previously co-founded www.airhelp.com and still operate in the flight compensation business through my company Softclaims that acts as provider for several claim management companies in Europe. I'm actively using AI to improve my practice and workflows.
