Broad tax planning and advice practice for corporate and pass-through entities, executives, professional services firms, investment funds, and individuals. The majority of my firm's clients are other law firms and professional services firms, such as accounting firms and wealth management firms. My firm provides advice on a wide range of domestic and international tax issues and advises on entity formation and entity form selection, financings, reorganizations, M&A, entity conversions, executive compensation issues (incentive plans, option plans, equity grants, deferred compensation structures, etc.), fund formation and operation, international structuring, qualified small business stock planning, state and local tax issues, and other associated tax issues.
