With my experience at Forge Global, I have a niche in secondary market transactions for late-stage startups, requiring deep knowledge of corporate governance and case law. Litigation
Any good general counsel must be comfortable managing litigation. Through my experience, I have engaged closely with complex disputes, handling cases directly for both clients and pro bono work. I have litigated employment cases in Superior Court, represented plaintiffs in tort and fraud matters, and worked on high-profile cases like the “Cancer Romancer” lawsuit in Texas.
