Locus Legal Solutions works as fractional and embedded counsel, delivering senior legal judgment for enterprise clients without the overhead of a full-time hire. Commercial and technology contracting is the core of my practice: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating AI and SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, licensing deals, and vendor contracts, calibrated to the business's actual risk rather than generic templates. I also build out custom playbooks and provide fallback positions collaboratively with the business, which let the teams close routine deals on their own, with guardrails built in from the start. Locus Legal also provides Data Privacy and AI governance work. I start with data/flow mapping, then build out DPAs, privacy policies, and governance programs that hold up against CCPA, GDPR, the EU AI Act, and other patchwork of privacy and AI laws. Finally, Locus Legal represents growth-stage and mature startups, and established companies (private and listed) and provides general business advisory services for these clients. These include: startup laws, entity formation, board and governance documents, IP protection and portfolio management for trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, and all commercial contracting & vendor management as required.
