I'm a startup and venture lawyer and the founder of Day One Law, a boutique firm advising founders, companies and investors on corporate, financing and regulatory matters. My practice covers formation, SAFEs, priced rounds, M&A, commercial agreements and outside general counsel work for high-growth companies in any vertical, with particular depth in crypto and digital assets: token launches, token warrants and side letters, offshore foundation structures, stablecoins, prediction markets and regulatory strategy for products operating in unsettled territory. Before founding Day One, I worked at Cooley, DLA Piper and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, then served as head of legal at Royal, a venture-backed NFT startup. That in-house experience shapes how I practice: identify where the real risk lives, separate it from the noise, and get the deal done. Clients include Alchemy, Sky Mavis, Dune, Kairos and Royal. I'm admitted in California and based in Southern California, serving clients nationally and internationally.
