About
I am the Associate General Counsel of Tari Labs, building out a later 1 blockchain protocol. I also act as the General Counsel of the TS Group, a startup incubator focusing on FinTech and software companies. In these roles, I manage the entire legal operations of a range of different companies in different jurisdictions at different stages of growth. This includes general contract drafting, negotiation, and implementation; corporate governance and compliance; and dispute resolution. I have considerable experience working with engineering teams to determine product specifications and compliance; with corporate teams regarding regulatory and financial compliance; with operations teams to handle internal policies, as well as leading crisis management in emergency situations (including a hack from the Lazarus Group). In addition to the more traditional legal roles, I have taken multiple different responsibilities in smaller teams such as project management, Human Resources management, and general strategy planning and implementation. I’m used to working in a world in which every day is a new day with new challenges.
