I am General Counsel at Kipu Quantum, where I am responsible for all legal matters of the company, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, data protection, employment, intellectual property, and international activities. I advise the management team on strategic and operational issues and build scalable legal structures to support the company’s growth in a highly technical and regulated environment. My practice is based on more than 20 years of in-house experience in international B2B technology companies, with a focus on pragmatic, business-oriented advice and cross-border matters. I am dual-qualified in Germany and California and work regularly in both European and U.S. legal contexts.
