I’m a chemical-engineer-turned-patent attorney who has worked on both sides of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) desk. Years as a Patent Examiner showed me how to anticipate objections, shape airtight claims, and move complex technologies (including polymers, batteries, chemical processes, rare-earth materials, AI systems, medical devices, and robotics) through global patent offices with minimal friction and cost. That insider expertise, combined with practice at an Am Law 100 firm and the experience of running my own boutique practice, now powers my work at Dilworth IP.
