Hi all. While most of you are transactional type attorneys / fGCs, I am 85% a small business and i.p. litigator. You do M&A and draft contracts. I handle the fallout when transactions don't work, whether it's misdealing or simple bad luck. Please send your clients to me if their deals go bad! (in Connecticut or SDNY). I'm a small biz + i.p. attorney based in Milford, CT (the "small city with a big heart"). It's my favorite place I've ever lived. I started practicing for boutique firms as a patent agent in 2006. I launched my own practice focused on small businesses in 2023. Double Husky, Northeastern and then U Conn Law, with seven years as a squid in between.
