I have worked as a UK and European patent attorney since 2016 and have previously worked within a number of large UK law firms. I have also worked within a multinational corporation, as part of their intellectual property team. My typical work involves the filing and prosecution of new patents, designs and trade mark applications, including handling multi-jurisdictional filing strategies and portfolios. I also handle a range of disputes and contentious matters, particularly in relation to patent and design matters, and am able to conduct litigation before the UK courts. I founded Lucidity IP in 2022 with the aim of focussing on providing more commercially focussed legal services, and we have grown into a well established boutique intellectual property law firm.
