I am a transactional attorney with a background in commercial real estate finance and corporate law. I primarily represent borrowers and lenders in connection with the origination of financing transactions, I represent lenders in various secondary market transactions, and I also advise on a broad range of related corporate and commercial real estate matters. Drawing on my experience as in-house counsel for a private commercial lender, I offer fractional general counsel services for companies looking to save the overhead of an in-house team.
