Omed Sharifi is the founder of Founders Form, PC, a boutique Silicon Valley law firm representing technology and emerging growth companies, venture investors and funds, athletes, entertainers, and brands. Omed advises companies throughout their lifecycle, from formation and pre-seed through Seed, Series A, Series B, Series C, and growth-stage transactions, and has advised clients on more than $100 million in aggregate startup financings. His corporate and technology practice includes venture financings, M&A and strategic transactions, corporate governance, founder and employee equity, equity incentive plans, and day-to-day outside general counsel matters. Omed also maintains an active commercial and technology transactions practice, drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, master services agreements and SOWs, EULAs, enterprise customer and vendor agreements, software and intellectual property licenses, strategic partnerships, and other technology and commercial contracts. Founders Form also represents venture investors and fund managers. The firm's investor practice includes term sheets, investment diligence, preferred stock financings, SAFEs and convertible securities, secondary transactions, and portfolio company matters. Its fund practice includes fund formation and structuring, LP and GP agreements, governance, compliance, and related investment activities, with experience advising early-stage and growth-focused funds of $10 million and above. Omed's sports & entertainment practice represents athletes, entertainers, creators, and brands in sponsorships, NIL, and endorsements, brand partnerships, licensing and merchandising, talent and production agreements, content and media transactions. Before founding Founders Form, Omed gained experience at leading Silicon Valley firms including Cooley, Fenwick & West, and Morrison & Foerster, working with venture-backed technology companies, investors, and other sophisticated clients.
