About
After 13 years with the IRS TEGE office of Exempt Organizations as a Tax Law Specialist and details with Office of Chief Counsel and Office of Professional Responsibility; I joined a Chapel Hill, NC office with a national nonprofit practice. Last fall I taught Nonprofit Law at UNC Chapel Hill and my client base spans large hospital systems and universities to small local charities. I love this field and I enjoy the diverse nature of issues and concerns the community of clients brings me.
