About
I am an attorney providing fractional in-house legal counsel to technology, manufacturing, software, and space companies. Unlike traditional outside counsel, I embed directly with client teams, giving growing companies access to dedicated legal expertise without the overhead of a full-time hire. I’m an attorney providing fractional in-house counsel to technology, manufacturing, software, and space companies. Unlike traditional outside counsel, I embed directly with client teams, giving growing businesses access to dedicated legal expertise without the cost of a full-time hire. If your company is scaling and needs legal support across contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance, I can help. My work spans commercial and government contracting across semiconductor, space technology, and advanced manufacturing sectors. I’ve negotiated software licenses, hardware supply agreements, IP assignments, and government subcontracts involving FAR and DFARS compliance. I also work with founders and early-stage companies on equity financings, including SAFEs, convertible notes, and Series A transactions, as well as buy- and sell-side M&A across asset deals, equity deals, and early-stage acquisitions. My approach is practical and business-oriented: I partner with engineering, operations, and finance teams to structure deals that protect interests while keeping projects moving. Beyond transactions, I advise on employment matters and equity compensation, data privacy and cybersecurity compliance, and export controls, converting complex regulatory requirements into actionable processes. I work across the full range of issues that in-house counsel handles, without the overhead of a full-time hire. I’m especially focused on the space industry, where small and mid-sized companies drive innovation. I’ve supported clients across the space value chain, from satellite developers and component manufacturers to ISRU and in-space manufacturing ventures.
