I am the Founder and Principal of Ted Ames Law LLC, dba Frontman Law, a commercial and technology law practice for founders, growing companies, and in-house teams. I bring big-firm and in-house transactional experience — built at firms including Latham & Watkins and Goodwin Procter and through senior in-house roles — to a leaner, more direct practice. I draft, negotiate, and close the contracts that run modern companies, including master services, SaaS, licensing, development, data services, subscription, and consulting agreements, along with the AI, data-processing, and IP terms that come with them. I've worked across industries including AI, fintech, media and entertainment, publishing, consumer data, retail, biotech. pharma, fintech, edtech, and proptech. I am admitted in New Jersey, New York, and California.
