I am a Partner at Practus LLP, where I serve as outside General Counsel and lead commercial counsel to software, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, healthcare, fintech, robotics, life sciences, and other emerging technology companies. My practice focuses on commercial technology transactions, strategic partnerships, product commercialization, capital formation, governance, and the commercial legal systems that enable technology companies to scale. My experience spans software and hardware transactions, including SaaS, cloud, hybrid, and on premises licensing models. My current practice includes companies such as Gather Agriculture, ExTrac.ai, Wurus Biosciences, Stratos, TUNL, and SafeinHome, where I recently led the company’s Nevada-to-Delaware conversion and Series D financing. Representative prior engagements include Johnson & Johnson, Replicate, Wombo, ServiceNow, FreightPOP, Nintex, SentinelOne, and Forescout. Throughout my career, I have helped technology companies design commercial contracting systems, customer-facing legal architecture, negotiation playbooks, channel and partner frameworks, and public sector go-to-market strategies supporting enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, and regulated markets. Clients engage me because they want a practical commercial advisor who can quarterback complex matters while assembling the right team as issues arise. Through Practus, I work closely with experienced colleagues across tax, intellectual property, employment, litigation, privacy, regulatory, and other practice areas, bringing in local counsel and subject matter experts whenever doing so creates a better outcome for the client.
