My practice focuses on where estate planning, business succession, and company documents meet. I make sure your will or trust, handing off the business, and your governance docs all agree with each other. That your business will pass the way you want whether you retire, become disabled, or pass away. I work with LLCs, partnerships, family businesses, and professional practices. I've worked in probate and estate planning for 2 decades, both as a paralegal and now as an attorney. I've seen what happens when an owner's intent and company agreements don't match. Families end up in court, businesses fail, or heirs have to sell at the wrong time. My corporate transactional background means I know how businesses run. I also offer fractional and contract counsel support to companies. I also serve individuals and families through estate planning, probate, and certain guardianship matters.
