I'm Tyler Short, a fractional general counsel based in St. Louis, Missouri. I founded my law firm in June 2025 to address a key market gap: providing executive-level legal leadership to startups and small businesses that need it but can't afford or justify a full-time GC. My unique trifecta - operator (COO/GC at a media production company and COO of Global VC), investor (managing VC allocation for my family office), and lawyer (Big Law M&A from $5M–$1B deals and GC of Global VC) - shapes everything I do. I bring pragmatic, implementation-focused advice that ties legal strategy to operations, growth, and capital.
