Through Embedded Legal Solutions PLLC, I provide practical, business-minded legal counsel focused on employment law compliance, workplace investigations, restrictive covenants, and general counsel support for small to mid-sized and private-equity-backed companies. In tandem, I run Embedded HR Consulting LLC, which delivers fractional CHRO and HR advisory services, helping organizations strengthen compliance, culture, and operational execution. Together, the two arms of my practice allow me to approach client challenges holistically, bridging the gap between legal precision and real-world people operations.
