She structures consumer and commercial card programs, negotiates BIN-sponsorship and program management arrangements and guides clients through the full product life cycle. Cary regularly advises on embedded finance integrations, complex bank-fintech partnerships, digital wallets, international remittances, money transmission and lending licensing, consumer and commercial lending.
