ARQUE Advocaten is a small boutique law firm specialized in intellectual property law, media, and advertising. Our team consists of 4 lawyers, 2 of which are admitted to the Dutch Bar. We advise and litigate on complex IP issues. From strategic advice upfront to litigation when necessary, we always focus on protecting rights, mitigating risks, and safeguarding commercial interests. ARQUE Advocaten was founded on the belief that legal excellence goes hand in hand with ownership and commitment.
