First Summit Legal is a fractional General Counsel practice for Series A-C tech startups based in San Francisco, CA. I support founders and executive teams with everything from product counseling, commercial contracts, privacy program building, employment issues and streamlining outside counsel costs. I began my career at Cleary Gottlieb NY, held business roles at LinkedIn and a venture backed cybersecurity company, and was most recently Associate General Counsel at Eventbrite. I love being scrappy, and helping startups grow and get to yes.
