About

Jennifer is actively licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois, Texas, and Louisiana, and been admitted to the US District Court of the Northern and Eastern Districts of TX, Northern District of IL, the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She handles both transactional and litigated civil, commercial, and administrative law cases, and serves as fractional CLO, firmly believing that taking on litigated matters makes attorneys better at preparing and negotiating transactional matters. From 2018 to the present, she has collaborated with Lexis Nexis as an author/editor for Dorsaneo's Texas Litigation Guide. Jennifer also serves as a private arbitrator for FINRA and as both consulting and a testifying expert witness on Louisiana law in Texas litigation. 2026 Super Lawyers IL Selectee 2022 Super Lawyers TX Rising Star Selectee TX Monthly’s Top Women of Rising Stars 2022 2021 Super Lawyers TX Rising Star Selectee TX Monthly’s Top Women of Rising Stars 2021 2020 Super Lawyers TX Rising Star Selectee TX Monthly’s Top Women of Rising Stars 2020 2019 Super Lawyers TX Rising Star Selectee TX Monthly’s Outstanding Young Women’s Lawyers of 2018 2018 Super Lawyers TX Rising Star Selectee National Advocates Top 40 under 40 Noted as “DVAP’S Finest” Dallas Bar Associations November, 2013 issue of Headnotes
