I help companies close data-driven deals and operationalize privacy and regulatory compliance. I advise on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other U.S. privacy laws, including HIPAA and GLBA, and draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, DPAs, and vendor and technology contracts involving sensitive data, including data use in AI and technology products. I hold an MBA and maintain CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, and CIPT certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals and serve as fractional or project-based counsel. My approach is practical and execution-focused—helping teams move quickly, close deals, and maintain defensible compliance.
