About

I serve as fractional general counsel and a business-first advisor to companies navigating growth, data risk, and complex commercial relationships. My practice focuses on helping SaaS, AI, and data-driven businesses close deals and operationalize privacy and regulatory compliance, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and GLBA. I regularly draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, DPAs, and vendor and technology contracts involving sensitive data and AI, and develop policies and training programs that operationalize compliance and enable teams to execute consistently as the business scales. In addition, I support companies with core business and legal infrastructure, including commercial contracts, operating agreements, and trademark matters—providing practical, business-aligned guidance that supports growth and execution. I hold an MBA and maintain CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, and CIPT certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. I serve as fractional or project-based counsel, partnering with teams to move efficiently, close deals, and maintain defensible compliance without slowing the business.
