About
I’m an attorney licensed in Minnesota, New York, Kentucky and Washington, D.C. I counsel businesses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, primarily in connection with M&A transactions. I also advise investment managers and funds on ERISA Title I issues, including fiduciary obligations, prohibited transactions and plan asset matters. With more than nine years of practice, I focus on translating complex legal issues into clear, practical and business-minded guidance. I earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law. Before beginning my legal career, I served as a White House intern. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring New York with my Belgian Malinois, Hershey. If I’m not out with Hershey, there’s a good chance you’ll find me on a pickleball court or golf course.
