About
As a technology, privacy, and intellectual property attorney, I help software companies, data-driven businesses, and the counsel who support them work through the legal questions that come with building, buying, and deploying technology. I direct Wilftek's fractional counsel practice, serving clients from one-person startups to global enterprises, including the procurement department of a Fortune 100 company. I work with clients to identify their specific concerns, and focus on mitigating both immediate and longer-term risks. My IP practice includes negotiating licenses and filing and prosecuting trademark applications. These days I'm handling a lot of AI, privacy, and cybersecurity matters. I hold CIPP/US and AIGP certifications from the IAPP. Prior to Wilftek, I spent two decades litigating cases (civil, criminal, and family) in state and Federal court.
