Wieder Law is a boutique corporate practice advising technology companies, founders and investors on UK and European matters, particularly in cross-border transactions involving US counsel.

We regularly act as UK/EU local counsel to venture-backed and scaling technology and other companies expanding into Europe, assisting with UK entity formation, corporate structuring, investment rounds, shareholder arrangements, M&A and cross-border governance. We also assist in complex disputes.

We frequently work alongside US startup and venture lawyers on cross-border structuring, financings and exits and also problem solving. We understand US deal mechanics, documentation standards and investor expectations, and translate them efficiently into UK/EU legal frameworks.
