I am the CEO and Founder at LloydWinter, P.C. I started our firm in 2012 after five years of practice as an associate attorney with a mid-sized firm. Our mission is to provide access to justice; man's justice and God's justice. We do that through flat monthly billing on our civil litigation matters in our offices in CA and TX on the man's justice side. And on the God's justice side, I enjoy discussing how God's justice differs from our own system.

- Flat Monthly Civil Limited Litigation RepresentationWe represent clients in CA civil limited cases where the amount in controversy is less than $35k. This includes evictions for landlords (not tenants) and other disputes in this range. At this level, our flat monthly fee is $1900 plus expenses. We require a written fee agreement and a deposit of $6500 be maintained through the duration of the case.$1,900/monthly
- Flat Monthly Unlimited Civil Litigation ($35k-$85k)When the amount in controversy is between $35k-$85k, we have a lower flat monthly rate of $4000 monthly plus expenses for our civil litigation representation. We require a written fee agreement and a $13,500 deposit be maintained for the duration of the matter.$4,000/monthly
- Flat Monthly Unlimited Civil Litigation (>$85k)Where the amount in controversy is greater than $85k, we represent our clients on a flat monthly rate of $5500 plus expenses. We require a written fee agreement and a $16,500 deposit be maintained through the conclusion of the matter.$5,500/monthly
