I advise companies on U.S. sanctions and compliance: OFAC specific license applications, sanctions advisory opinions, compliance program reviews and builds, and company-side internal investigations. My clients are mid-sized companies, especially German, Austrian and Swiss companies operating in or entering the U.S., and startups and small companies with U.S. sanctions exposure that don’t yet need a full-time compliance function. For those companies I build a compliance program sized to their actual risk.
